Lakeside is a 55+ resident-owned community.  Homeowners own one (1) share in the ownership of the Park.  The 2025 monthly assessment fee is currently $250 but will go up to $300 on January 1, 2026.  This fee includes trash and recycling pickup, potable water and sewer.  Year-round lawn maintenance and basic cable tv are also included in the fee.
